What to see with your ticket
Your ticket gives you access to the entire permanent collection and any included temporary exhibitions. The Prado displays more than 8,000 works across paintings, sculptures and drawings. Don't miss:
- Las Meninas by Velázquez (1656), the museum's most celebrated work, in Room 12 of the Villanueva Building on the first floor.
- Goya: The Third of May 1808 and the Black Paintings, the most unsettling and brilliant body of work by the Aragonese master.
- The Garden of Earthly Delights by Bosch, the most enigmatic and visited Flemish triptych in the collection.
- El Greco: the mystical Toledo of Doménikos Theotokópoulos, with his elongated figures and unmistakable palette.
- The Three Graces by Rubens, a pinnacle of Flemish Baroque, and a remarkable presence of Titian and Italian painting.
- Temporary exhibitions, usually included in the standard admission price.
